South Africa vs England LIVE Updates: ICC Champions Trophy 2025: South Africa are through to the Champions Trophy semi-finals, following a sensational display with the ball against England. Led by Marco Jansen’s three wickets in the powerplay, South Africa pinned England down to 179 all out. Afghanistan needed England to win by 207 runs to qualify for the semi-finals, and have thereby missed out. England skipper Jos Buttler – captaining his country for the last time today – won the toss and opted to bat against South Africa in the Champions Trophy 2025, Group B match on Saturday in Karachi. The Proteas were being led by Aiden Markram after regular skipper Temba Bavuma was rested due to illness, but Markram had to leave the field due to an injury. (LIVE SCORECARD)
