ENG vs AUS, 4th Ashes Test, Day 5 Live: England’s hopes of bagging early wickets in the morning session were ruined as rain came downpouring in Manchester. The weather conditions forced the officials to call early lunch. If things go well, play could start at 5:30 PM IST (1 PM local time). On Day 4, only 30 overs were bowled as rain returned to frustrate England’s hopes of forcing a series-levelling win in the fourth Ashes Test. Australia century-maker Marnus Labuschagne fell to Joe Root minutes before play was abandoned.
